If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Rooted Reserve, we collect your mobile number and related messaging preferences to send transactional updates, order alerts, service notifications, and marketing communications (as permitted).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This means:

  • Your SMS opt-in status

  • Your SMS consent

  • Your opt-out status

will never be sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.

We may use SMS service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf (e.g., Twilio, Klaviyo, Postscript, Slicktext). These providers may not use your SMS data for their own marketing.
